SECTION 1 - CANCELLATIONS:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your order has not shipped, it may be cancelled for a full refund.
If your order has shipped, it will be treated as a return. See below for return information and refunds.
SECTION 2 - RETURNS:
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your sink or grid was delivered, unfortunately we can’t guarantee a refund or exchange.
ALL sink or grid returns require a Return Authorization. Please contact us at email@example.com for a return authorization and instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your sink or grid must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
SECTION 3 - RETURN SHIPPING:
In most cases, return shipping is paid for by Fossil Blu. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a pre-paid return mailing label.
Return shipping pre-paid labels are sent digitally (via email) and require that they be printed and applied to the box. Packages must be dropped off at a local FedEx store, or other location that accepts FedEx packages.
In the event you pay for return shipping yourself, Fossil Blu is unable to provide a refund in excess of the order total for any additional shipping costs incurred.
SECTION 4 - REFUNDS:
Full refunds and/or replacements are issued for all returns requested within 30 days since delivery. No restocking fees.
If more than 30 days has passed since delivery, return requests may be approved or denied at our discretion. A 25% restocking fee may be assessed and omitted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Fossil Blu warrants to the original consumer purchaser for as long as they own their home that Fossil Blu Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is only applicable to Products used in residential applications within the United States and Canada and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
Should defects in material or workmanship exist during the applicable warranty period in any Fossil Blu Product, Fossil Blu will elect at its discretion to either repair or replace the defective material. This warranty covers only parts and materials of the Products supplied by Fossil Blu. Not covered under this warranty are flooring, tile, cabinets, accessories, counter tops, appliances, etc. or the costs, including labor, to remove and reinstall materials and related components such as fittings, appliances, etc.
This warranty shall become void if the Products are in any way modified, improperly installed or damaged prior to or during the installation. Furthermore, this warranty will not apply to Products damaged by misuse, neglect, abuse, acts of God, exposure to moisture, exposure to extreme temperatures, normal incidental deterioration such as nicks, scratches, abrasions and natural aging whether resulting from the effects of normal wear and tear or abnormal use.
Fossil Blu reserves the right to alter design, specifications and material without obligation to make similar changes to Products previously manufactured. The repair(s) or replacement(s) are contingent upon the current Product offerings of styles and construction options within the Fossil Blu Products at the time of the warranty claim. If a warranty claim is filed after a Fossil Blu Product becomes obsolete, Fossil Blu reserves the right to honor the warranty in one of the following fashions: 1. To replace the affected component with a new component of the same style. 2. To replace the affected component and any other component(s) in the residential application to achieve a uniform appearance with a similar and comparable Product style of the originally purchased style.
This warranty sets forth your sole and exclusive remedy as a warranty holder for any non-conformity in a cabinet Product. In no case will Fossil Blu be liable to you or to any other person for any consequential, special, or indirect losses or damages of any kind. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND FOSSIL BLU DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES MAY NONETHELESS EXIST BY OPERATION OF LAW, SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION PROVIDED BY LAW.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state and province to province. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. If this Limited Warranty is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose, in no event will Fossil Blu’s entire liability exceed the lesser of the Product’s or the non-conforming component’s purchase price.
Claims must be initiated during the Warranty Period. To initiate a claim, please contact Fossil Blu, 340 S. Lemon Avenue, Walnut, CA 91789, or at 1-855-303-2837. Claimant will be required to provide proof of home ownership and the date of Product purchase, and may be required to return the Product or component to Fossil Blu.
