ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Most orders are processed and picked within 2 business days from the date the order was received. During peak seasons or during holidays processing may be delayed an additional business day.

SHIPPING OPTIONS, TIMELINES & DELIVERY COSTS

Due to the fragile nature of the products we sell, orders are only sent via Ground Transportation. Most orders are received within 2 - 5 business days after being picked up by the carrier. During peak seasons, holidays or in the event of inclement weather, shipments may be delayed and additional 1 - 2 business days. Please note, we cannot control delivery delays and/or make changes to a delivery once items are in the possession of the carrier. 

We currently offer free shipping on all orders placed on our website with a delivery address within the contiguous 48 states. Depending on the overall size and weight of an order, we may decide, at our discretion, to ship items via LTL freight. In either event, customers will not be charged for the shipping. 

DELIVERY ADDRESS AND P.O. BOXES

Please note that in most cases, we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry, but we do not ship to P.O. boxes. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, if a customer has an international freight forwarder with a domestic address in the 48 contiguous states, we can send items to that address and the freight forwarder will be responsible for sending the items abroad. Once delivered to the freight forwarder, our obligations under this policy have been met, and the freight forwarder assumes responsibility for further transportation of the item. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
